Schools:
- Comstock STEM Academy had the highest level proficiency scores of any school building in Kalamazoo county and was 16th out of over 2,300 school buildings in the state on the 2015 M-STEP test (Michigan's statewide standardized test).
- We have a state of the art high school-grade science lab.
- The STEM Academy competed in all events in the Science Olympiad last year, and placed 4th in the regional competition (It was our first year competing!).
- The STEM Academy is the home of a competitive robotics club.
- The STEM Academy offers 8th grade students the opportunity to earn high school credit, and thus accelerating their ability enroll in dual enrollment (free college credit courses).
